Mom's Touch opened its third drive-oriented store, 'Mom's Touch LAB Jeonju Hyoja DI', marking the brand's first directly operated location in the Jeolla region. The 'Drive in' (DI) concept joins the company's earlier drive-through (DT) sites in Anyang Seoksu and Jeju Orai-dong, as part of a strategy to expand into non-metropolitan areas like Jeolla, Jeju, and Gangwon to attract car-based customers. Located near universities, residential and business areas with ample parking and high vehicle traffic, the two-floor store offers about 80 seats and diverse seating types. Operated as a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) platform, the DI outlet serves burgers, chicken, and pizza—featuring signature items such as the 'Ssaiburger', popular MZ-generation chicken 'Hot Cheese Big Ssai boneless', and a crispy corn shrimp pizza made with special salt-bread dough—plus sliceable pizzas for easy in-car eating. The company says the drive-in format will help rapidly expand customer access in drive-focused local markets where it has not previously been active.
