The 2025 Eco Art Fair ground exhibition in Gangwon begins with the flow of earth. Local artists present ceramics made from Yanggu white clay (baekto), emphasizing how clay endures water and fire to become white porcelain (baekja). These works, displayed at the Gangwon Design Promotion Center, invite viewers to forget the outside world and consider the temporal process: the materials of glazes, kiln-driven flows and crystallization. The pieces are framed not as utilitarian objects but as contemplations on creation, destruction and the unique textures revealed through time.
