Daejeon and Chungcheongnam-do offer rich autumn festival options beyond the famous Seongsimdang bakery. The Myeoncheon Eupseong Festival in Dangjin (Nov 1–2) offers immersive history-themed experiences tied to figures like Park Ji-won, reenactments, traditional performances, local food, night light-and-sound shows and a concert by Choi Baek-ho.
