AirKitchen, a global F&B platform often described as the "Airbnb of fine dining," held a pop-up collaboration between Macau's two-Michelin-star The Eight and Seoul's Jue in Hannam-dong from Oct 17–19. This is AirKitchen's first major global culinary project in Korea under its "Taste Travels" vision to connect chefs and restaurants across borders. Head chefs Joseph Che (The Eight) and Kang Geon-woo (Jue) presented a modern reinterpretation of traditional Cantonese cuisine (광둥 요리). Tickets sold out within 10 minutes of opening, demonstrating strong interest. AirKitchen plans more projects, including a pop-up featuring Daegu's local restaurant Dong-a Sikdang in Seochon, Seoul.
