Paris Baguette (operated by SPC Group) will be an official sponsor of the 2025 APEC summit on the 27th, supplying Korean-style bakery items to meetings held during the event. Offered at senior official and trade minister meetings will be ‘Pava Persimmon Pound’ featuring tiger and persimmon motifs, and a high-protein black soybean (seoritae) castella made with nuruk (traditional fermentation starter) called ‘Blue Label High-Protein Seoritae Castella.’ Other offerings include a traditional yakgwa-topped ‘Pava Yakgwa Tigre’ and the ‘Annyeong Sandwich.’ During the summit, Paris Baguette will run a café in the International Media Center serving bakery, sandwiches and beverages.
