KFC Korea introduced a trendy “Truffle Chirru” series combining truffle aroma with four cheeses. CJ Foodville’s The Place added wood-fired pizzas and steaks with truffle—like a buffalo truffle mushroom pizza and bistecca & truffle risotto. Eland Eats’ Rimini released an “Autumn Harvest” set including handmade truffle cream gnocchi topped with pistachio. The Kitchen Il Forno (매일유업 계열) offered fresh truffle pasta and a black truffle pizza using fresh truffle and truffle butter. Mad for Garlic also joined with a truffle mushroom jambon pizza. Industry players say truffle’s ability to elevate flavors with just a small amount makes it a seasonal favorite and inspires creative R&D-driven menu reinterpretations.
