Mom's Touch x Chef Edward Lee: Gochujang BBQ 'K' Burgers and Creamy Dijon Chicken Join 2nd Chef CollectionCreatrip Team
2 months ago
Popular Korean fast-food brand Mom's Touch launched a second chef collaboration with Korean-American chef Edward Lee, introducing the Edward Lee K Beef Burger, K Cy Burger, and Cream Dijon Big Sai Boneless Chicken. The new burgers use Lee’s signature gochujang (Korean red chili paste) BBQ sauce and a crunchy coleslaw intended to mimic kimchi-like texture, delivering a spicy “Korean kick.” The Cream Dijon chicken combines cream cheese and Dijon mustard with onions for a rich but less greasy bite. Mom’s Touch says the first Edward Lee collection earlier this year broke sales records, selling millions of units, and the new lineup aims to diversify the menu into beef options where stores have griddles (available at about 600 of 1,460 locations). The brand covered all development costs and plans to expand griddle-equipped stores to increase availability.
