The Gwangdae Ensemble, a first-generation traditional performance group based in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, will host a showcase titled 'We Are Gwangdae' at Bongsudae Park on November 18th. This initiative is part of a project supported by the Arts Creation Support Program of the Korean Culture and Arts Commission and aims to explore the lives of "new-middle aged" individuals in Korea. The event will consist of performances illustrating the emotions of joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure, where audience members are also invited to participate. The showcase will be followed by a potluck party, offering a communal cultural experience.
