Set in 1970s New York, the musical 'Company' by Stephen Sondheim explores the themes of marriage and love, featuring an unmarried man, Robert, on his 35th birthday as he interacts with five couples and three women. Keimyung University students are bringing this Tony Award-winning masterpiece to life in South Korea, with performances on November 18th and 19th at the Bongsan Culture Center in Daegu. As part of Daegu City's initiative to boost cultural and artistic activities, the students are directly involved in the production, presenting a Korean reinterpretation with local sensibilities by collaborating with the university's graduate translation department. The performances are free and open to audiences from middle school age and above.
