A Musical Evening at Hwaeom Temple in Autumn

On October 11, the Hwaeom Music Festival took place at Hwaeom Temple on Jirisan Mountain. The event, part of the Hwaeom Cultural Festival, featured enchanting performances mingling with the serene atmosphere of the temple (a traditional Korean Buddhist temple). Under soft lighting, singer-songwriter Park Kang-soo's lyrical voice opened the concert, blending with acoustic guitar. Trio performances offered majestic harmonies, filling the night sky of the ancient temple. Ha Yun-ju sang Korean traditional music in elegant hanbok (traditional Korean dress), evoking deep cultural resonance. Through music, attendees experienced a blend of tranquility and the charm of an autumn night, distinct from the lively daytime festivities.
