Pyeongtaek city in South Korea is hosting the 'Pyeongtaek Livestock Festival' from October 31 to November 1. The event, held at the city's Agricultural Ecology Park, aims to boost the morale of livestock farmers and promote the sale of local meat products. Organized by the Pyeongtaek Livestock Cooperative, the festival is funded through a participatory budget program and will feature promotions, discounts on local agricultural products, BBQ zones, hands-on livestock experiences, family events, and performances. Around 15,000 attendees are expected.
