The change removes previous restrictions on older buildings offering Korean cultural experiences and accommodation to tourists. Additionally, the foreign language service requirements have been adjusted to focus more on practical communication, utilizing tools like translation apps, rather than pure language fluency. These updates aim to lower entry barriers and enhance the lodging experience for international visitors.
