Lee Dong-cheon, an art appraiser and teacher of Father Ham Se-woong, will hold his first calligraphy exhibition 'Cheonsangunjip' from November 17 to 26 at Gallery 1898 in Myeong-dong, Seoul. Known for establishing Korea's first art appraisal department at Myongji University in 2001, Lee has also analyzed and published works on calligraphy greats like Wang Xizhi (a famous Chinese calligrapher). The exhibition will showcase 52 pieces of his unique recreated calligraphy styles, developed over 50 years of research.
