Scents of Cherry Trees Loved by King Sejong Transformed into Palace PerfumeCreatrip Team
2 months ago
The Korean National Heritage Center and Cosmax have collaborated to develop and release 'Danmir Palace Perfume', capturing the historical scents of cherry and plum blossoms from the Joseon Dynasty palaces. The perfume draws inspiration from records of King Sejong's love for cherry trees, as well as the symbolic significance of plum blossoms to the Korean royal family. This initiative aims to preserve the cultural heritage of traditional Korean floral fragrances, using advanced techniques to accurately replicate the original scents without damaging the plants.
