South Korean Airlines Expand Flight Routes for Enhanced Competitiveness

South Korean airlines are expanding their routes from Cheongju International Airport to enhance competitiveness in the central region. Aero K, a low-cost carrier, has started new routes to Kitakyushu and Okinawa, Japan. They are also increasing the frequency of flights to Taipei and extending the Nagoya route through the winter. Meanwhile, T’way Air has launched a route from Cheongju to Bali, Indonesia, offering travelers more options with eco-friendly aircraft for Southeast Asia trips.
