On November 17th, Yeongju City will host a special event at the Samphansa Old House, combining a humanities lecture with traditional Korean music performances. The lecture, 'Curious About K-Medicine Saving Our Town,' will be delivered by Professor Song Su-jin from Daegu Haany University, introducing the value of Korean traditional medicine. The performance, 'Rebellion of the Insiders,' will feature traditional Korean folk songs and contemporary compositions by Gugak singer Son Ji-hye and a guitarist. Limited to 40 participants, registration is required by calling Yeongju City's department for human resources training. The event promises a unique blend of knowledge and culture in the historical setting of Samphansa Old House.
