Claude Monet's painting 'Water Lily Pond' from the Lee Kun-hee collection is on display at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) in Gwacheon, South Korea. This piece is part of the exhibition titled 'Water Lilies and Chandelier,' which features both international and Korean contemporary art. The exhibition includes works by artists like Ai Weiwei, Renoir, and Picasso. The MMCA collection boasts 1,043 international artworks, half of which are donations. During the Chuseok holiday, from October 5 to 8, the museum offers free admission, although the Seoul branch will be closed on Chuseok day.
