KFC Korea has exported its new menu item 'Kenchi Bap' (a combination of chicken and rice) to Mongolia, following a successful campaign in collaboration with celebrity chef Choi Hyun-suk. The menu item, featuring crispy chicken tenders with butter garlic rice, has already sold 330,000 units within a month in Korea. The exact recipe and advertising content, starring Chef Choi, have been culturally adapted for Mongolia, indicating a burgeoning interest in Korean food products. KFC Korea also plans to offer its popular butter garlic rice separately in response to consumer demand, aiming to expand its menu appeal globally.
