Korean artist Ryu Jae Chun is hosting a solo exhibition titled 'Korean Moon: Journey Under Moonlight' in Qatar's Katara Cultural Village, showcasing artworks that blend traditional Korean ink-and-wash painting techniques with modern art and multimedia technology. The exhibition aims to symbolize peace, hope, and communication through the theme of the moon. Organized by the Katara Cultural Foundation, the exhibition marks the first official invitation by the Qatari government for a Korean artist. Ryu highlighted that his artworks embody the spirit of a mother's heart and aim to illuminate the world with the bright light of the moon, with a special piece named 'Moon 2025' dedicated to world peace and harmony. The exhibition, which runs until November 11, fosters cultural exchange between Korea and Qatar.
