In line with the well-being trend, 'YoungJoong Minari Bossam' (영중미나리보쌈) in Seoul is capturing food enthusiasts' attention with its innovative take on the traditional Korean dish bossam (boiled pork wraps). Owner Lee Chang-hyun used his childhood memory of his grandmother's cooking to create a unique recipe, launched in 2024. The restaurant offers a variety of bossam dishes, including one with water parsley named Minari Bossam. Its special preparation method features a rare cut of pork known as 'gabli-sal' (pork loin flap meat), known for its tender and juicy texture. As the original store's success grows, Lee plans to expand with additional locations and franchise opportunities, aiming to rank among the top bossam brands in South Korea.
