What if you have problems during the application process?

If you apply through Creatrip, you will be assisted with document review and your application. If any problems arise after this stage (for example, if the school ultimately decides not to admit you or if there are any obstacles and errors along the way), you will be refunded the full application fee and even be compensated with an additional 100,000 Creatrip points!

So, all you need to do is follow the instructions and provide all the required information, and you can leave the rest of the process to us!

What if you have problems during the document review process?

During Creatrip's internal document review process, if it is determined that your application cannot proceed, we will refund your application fee!

2. Our office is located in South Korea, allowing for immediate resolution of any problems.

Most study abroad agencies are based outside of South Korea, meaning any problems during the application process can only be addressed via email with the schools, which can be time-consuming. However, since the Creatrip office is located in South Korea, we can immediately call or even visit the schools in person to resolve any issues!

FAQ

Q: Why is there a registration deadline?

A: Each school has a different application deadline. To ensure that everyone can successfully register, applicants need to submit all required documents by the specified date so that we can carry out the throughout processes and submit the documents on time for everyone.

Q: What does it mean if Creatrip decides that registration cannot proceed?

A: Before we submit your documents to the school, we first conduct a document review. If we find any issues with the documents or if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be determined that the registration cannot proceed. In such cases, applicants for schools covered by the Creatrip Guarantee System are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. 

Q: If I am disqualified, at which stage can I also receive 100,000 Creatrip points as compensation?

A: If the application process has reached the Application Complete / Awaiting Results stage or beyond but unfortunately ends up not being successful, the applicant will receive a full refund of the registration fee along with 100,000 Creatrip points as compensation! For details on the application stages, refer to the Language Course on My Page on the Creatrip website. (Please keep in mind that if your application only reaches the Awaiting Application Processing stage, only the registration fee will be refunded.).

Things to Keep in Mind

• If you choose to cancel your application after passing, it will be considered a cancellation, not a failure, and you will not be awarded the 100,000 Creatrip points as compensation.
• Please note that if you apply to more than one school, the guarantee system will only cover the first school you apply to.
• Please note that as of March 2024, if your highest level of education is vocational schools, specialized high schools, art high schools, or any other special schools, you will not be covered by the Creatrip Guarantee System. 
  • Due to current Korean laws, special schools (such as vocational schools, specialized high schools, and art high schools) often face difficulties in having their educational credentials recognized. This usually requires discussions with the schools and even the submission of additional documents to qualify. If you have graduated from such schools, it might be challenging to apply under the Creatrip Guarantee System. If you are in this situation, please contact us at help@creatrip.com with your nationality, the school you wish to apply to, your educational background, the number of semesters you plan to apply for, and the visa you intend to apply for (e.g., non-visa, D4, H1, etc.), and we will do our best to assist you.
