• Not eligible: Tickets purchased through Interpark Global or KKDAY.

② Those who purchased K-POP concert tickets for concerts held outside of Korea (purchase must be made on or after 2025)

• Not eligible: Tickets purchased through Interpark Global or KKDAY.

  • If you purchased a K-POP concert ticket in Korea through Creatrip, your coupon will be issued automatically within 1 business day.
  • If you purchased a ticket through another platform (for concerts held in Korea or abroad), you must complete the 'Paid K-POP Concert Ticket Holders Survey (Purchased Through Other Platforms)' Google Form to receive your benefit.
  • If you joined the Korea Tourism Organization’s ‘Ticket to K-VIBE’ promotion, submit the verification code provided via the Google Form to claim your benefit.
• Benefits

• Coupon Limit: One coupon per person, per concert.
• Coupon Issuance (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • For purchases made through Creatrip, the coupon will be issued automatically within 1 business day.
  • If coupon issuance requires Google Form submission, the coupon will be issued within 3 business days from the date of submission.

• Creatrip Sign-Up Email (You can check your email at the top of the MY PAGE.)
• Passport Name (Please enter your name in English only. It must match the name used to purchase the concert ticket and the name on your Creatrip account.)
  ※ Before filling out the Google Form, please go to MY PAGE → Personal Settings → “First Name / Last Name” and make sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport.
• Nationality (Please write in English.)
• Birth date (Format: YYYY.MM.DD)
• Gender

2) Concert Details

• Concert Name (Please enter the official name in English or Korean.)
• Concert Date (Format: YYYY.MM.DD)
• Amount Paid (Please include the currency as well. e.g. KRW / USD / EUR)

3) Submit a video verifying your ticket purchase. (※ All of the following requirements must be met:.)

• Proof of a completed payment.
• Reservation details must be in English.
• Must include the reservation URL, concert name, concert date, purchaser’s name, seat information, and amount paid.
• Video must be at least 5 seconds long (screenshots are not accepted).

Things to Keep in Mind

• This campaign may be changed or end early without prior notice. Even if you have a coupon, it cannot be used once the supplies run out (first-come, first-served).
• Coupons can only be used by the individual participant. If resale or unauthorized use such as proxy booking is detected, participation will be restricted and any benefits may be revoked.
• Only foreigners who have purchased a flight ticket to Korea (holders of a foreign passport and nationality) are eligible. Foreign residents in Korea are not eligible.
• Only those who have purchased paid K-POP concert tickets are eligible. Free tickets or prize-won tickets are excluded from the campaign.
• If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, your benefits may be withdrawn.
• You cannot participate in this campaign if you are already participating in the HALLYU K-PASS campaign by other platforms (Interpark Global or KKDAY).
• Screenshot submissions are not accepted. To prevent tampering, only videos of 5 seconds or longer will be accepted. Coupons will not be issued if this requirement is not met.
• Benefits will not be provided if there is incorrect or mismatched information. Your Creatrip account information must match the concert ticket purchaser’s details. If you entered it incorrectly, please resubmit the Google Form.
• Only tickets purchased under your own name are eligible. Tickets purchased under someone else's name are not valid.
• Coupons can be used until November 30, 2025, from the date of issue.
• One coupon is provided per person, per concert.
