A special cultural journey unfolds at historical sites in and around Seoul. The "2025 World Heritage Joseon Royal Tombs Festival" has begun. Here, the charm of the Joseon Royal Tombs, the resting places of kings and queens from the Joseon and Korean Empire periods, is newly highlighted.

Events will be held at a total of nine prestigious royal tombs, including Seolleung and Jeongneung in Seoul, as well as Taereung, Gangneung, Uireung, and Donggureung. Each location holds historical value in itself, offering visitors a time travel experience to the past.

During the festival period, various programs are prepared, allowing participants to listen to melodies resonating at music concerts and talk concerts, and to gain a deeper understanding of the significance of the Joseon Royal Tombs through games, tours, and experiential programs.
