The festival 'Autumn and Winter at Lake Ishimura, and Luminarie' will be held around Lake Ishimura from October 25 to February 28 next year, with the theme 'Dream, Universe & Love'.

At Seokchon Lake, various landscape lighting, light objects, and photo zones are planned to be installed. Cultural performances such as busking, magic shows, and bubble shows, as well as a flea market with workshops and artisans from Songpa District, will also be held.
