A new observation deck offering panoramic views of downtown Seoul has opened. Visitors can enjoy views extending to Deoksugung and Gwanghwamun Square through wide glass windows, providing a place to take a break from the bustling city. It is free for anyone to use and is open only on weekdays except weekends. The location is on the 8th and 9th floors of the building west of Seoul City Hall, and it will be available for viewing from Thursday, July 9, 2026.
