Actor Kim Min-Seok Apprehended A Hidden Camera Criminal
On July 21, Actor Kim Min-Seok apprehended a hidden camera criminal on the spot, by hand at a Gangnam cafe. As soon as he caught the criminal filming hidden camera footage of a woman's leg, he took his action and turned him over to the police. The media reported that Kim Min-Seok visited a cafe in Gangnam on July 19, which was his last day of mandatory military service.
After the incident, the actor interviewed with the news outlet DongA Ilbo and shared that his good friend, Son Min Ho also took part in apprehending the suspect. He said "I was together with my mate from work on that day, and I feel sorry that it seems like I am the only one getting recognized for this. We just did what we had to do, and anyone would have done the same thing. It is a bit embarrassing to get recognized from this."
Super Junior Heechul Took Legal Action Over Malicious Comment
Heechul from Super Junior made an update for the fans dealing with malicious comments and expressed his feelings. On July 22, Heechul posted an Instagram post, showing an official criminal complaint being submitted for alleged violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
He wrote the following message on his Instagram:
"There is no leniency.
Even there is a settlement through monetary, I will be giving everything to my lawyer. Thank you to the lawyers at Jung Sol and the detectives at the Seoul Gangnam Police Station. I won't stop here and continue capturing those people making malicious comments.
Also,
Thank you very much to my fans who are collecting all the evidence, giving me the power to go through this together. It must have been tougher for you guys than anyone. I am more than grateful.
Although I may continue to be someone who doesn't have much luck, I will continue to be the universe superstar, Kim Heechul who doesn't cause trouble!"
Lee Hi Joining AOMG After Leaving YG, Releasing New Single
Singer Lee Hi is making a fresh start with a new agency, AOMG! As soon as she officially starts her new career at AOMG, she released the new single "Holo". Jay Park, the CEO of AOMG announced Lee Hi joining the crew, mentioning that she is an incredibly talented artist and they are excited to work with her. Lee Hi caught AOMG's eyes as the artist for a long time, and she will have their full support to pursue her singing career and build up a wider repertoire.
Zico Joining Alternative Military Service On July 30
K-Pop artist/producer, Zico from KOZ will begin his alternative military service later this month of July 2020. Every South Korean man with a healthy body is required to serve in the military, but Zico got lifted from the active-duty service due to his past heart surgery during his childhood.
Han Ye-Seul Reacts to Malicious Comments On Instagram
Han Ye-Seul posted a picture of herself on Instagram without any captions; she was wearing blue jumpsuits with a messy bun in the picture. A few moments later, someone commented 'flat chest' on her picture, and she responded back saying 'It's too bad that I can't reveal 😏'. She liked the other comments mentioning how she is beautiful but commented on the ridiculous and malicious comment. The comment got deleted by the account holder after Han Ye-Seul replied back.
Han So-hee Apologizing For Fraud Cases Involving Her Mother
Actor Han So-hee apologized to the victims who didn't get their money back from her mother. On July 19, Han So-hee revealed that since her parents' divorce when she was five years old, and raised by her grandmother.
She said "I first want to sincerely apologize to the victims who have written with the desperateness of standing on the edge of a cliff. I am writing this in hopes that there won't be additional victims. I did have much of a deeper relationship with my mother, and I came to know of her debt after I was 20 years old. Since she was the daughter of my grandmother who raised me, and partly due to filial duty, I paid off her debt as much as I could before debuted as an actor".
She emphasized that she only learnt that her mother borrowed more money using the name of Han So-hee after the debut. Her mother borrowed under her name without the consent and the amount exceeded the limit where she couldn't afford to pay them off.
Park Seo-Joon's New Instagram Upload With Simba 
Park Seo-Joon recently uploaded photos of himself and his dog Simba. He definitely grew his hair a lot more than during Itaewon Class!
BLACKPINK's New Teaser For The New Single
BLACKPINK is getting ready for the next single! July 23, YG Entertainment released a new teaser poster of BLACKPINK; interestingly, the teaser included that there will a featuring artist, who remains unknown for now. The new single will be released in August. Are you guys excited?!
