ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR ENGLISH-SPEAKERS
Delivery Methods
- When you place your order you can check your confirmation number in My Orders.
- All orders are shipped with International Express Delivery (EMS). For countries in Asia, it will take about 3-5 business days to ship. For counties outside of Asia, it will take about 7 business days to ship. However, there can delays (up to 3 months) due to COVID-19.
- However, for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand some products may be available for local delivery (e.g. to a Taiwan convenience store). In this case, you can refer to My Orders and check for the delivery company and confirmation number.
- Currently, due to COVID-19, we are unable to ship food to Macau. If you have already done so, once a Creatrip team member confirms the order, we will offer a full refund.
- If you are ordering from Japan, we can only ship to areas in Osaka or Tokyo due to COVID-19. If you are outside of these areas and have already placed an order, we will offer a full refund.
Shipping Locations
- We can ship to most regions in the world, however, there may be cases when a delivery company is unable to ship due to COVID-19. In the case that your order is rejected, we will inform you over email, and offer a full refund.
Customs
- Currently, all countries, except Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau are subject to customs. For more information about customs please refer to your country’s customs and imported goods policy.
- Taiwan is currently having a special event where there is not a separate policy for entry. But please refer to your country's customs policies for any updates.
Payment Methods
- Payments can be made with VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay or Alipay.
- We are unable to process payments made with a card issued in Korea.
- Only Taiwanese customers can pay with LINE PAY. If you wish to use this option please change the language setting to 中文繁體(台灣), or go to Creatrip’s Taiwan page.
- A small transaction fee (about 0.5%-1%) may be applied to overseas orders. This fee is charged by banks or credit card companies, not Creatrip. If you have questions about this fee, you can contact your local bank or credit card company for more information.
Order Changes and/or Cancellations
- If you wish to change your order details, please cancel the order and place it again with your updates.
- You can change or cancel your order when your order status is “Preparing product.” Once your order status changes to “Preparing for delivery” it is not possible to cancel your order.
