Cluster infection in Seoul

Call center, also known as customer service center, is a large company responsible for the customer service contacts of companies. These centers are crowded with people and is prone to foam eruption, which breaches the Seoul's epidemic prevention guideline.
The Korean Central Daily News (중앙일보) interviewed the employees and found that many of them take their masks off because the customer might not be able to hear well during the call.
Also, the headset used for work is also a major concern. These centers have two shifts on day and night, which makes people share headsets with headphones and microphones. The headset is covered with saliva and is difficult to sterilize it immediately.
Also, these centers are hard to monitor the employees if they stay at home for work. Naturally this lead to large outbreak of the epidemic.

The labor union of the callcenter also issued a statement, that companies are unconcerned about the health and working environment of the employees, trying to cut down on the expenses. In fact, the infected people could not leave until 6 pm, even though they felt abnormality of their body.
Employees said that the company did not ask them to wear face masks. The center was on the 11th building, and the doors and elevators works as boundary, but 200 employees cannot rest assured until the thorough examination.
