It feels like just yesterday I was reviewing the NERDY long down jacket It's already been a whole year.
My colorful NERDY long down jacket, which I wore around really well last year!!
While other brands were rushing to launch black long down jackets, NERDY launched theirs in a yellow and purple color combination with a firm brand identity. It gained huge popularity among the younger generation in their teens and twenties, and rose up as a top brand :)
Not only is the design great, it's also actually warm, so I was really satisfied.. But this year, short down jackets are trending again, so I got the trusty NERDY short down jacket as well!!!

As you can see, the biggest feature of NERDY's down jacket is that it's a reversible down jacket with which you can use both sides!
This year, apparently the really useful reversible down jacket is the trend!!
The issue is... Even if it's a reversible down jacket... Unless both sides are pretty, it's not particularly useful, but NERDY's down jackets are charming because both sides are so pretty!!!

The truth is, the TORQUOISE color was also so tempting.. That's because it had my favorite pink color in its color scheme ><

I chose the SMALL size among the S, M, L sizes!
Because this NERDY down jacket was launched as an oversized design, if you choose the size you usually wear, you can wear oversized!
If you want it to fit just right, it'd also be good to choose one size smaller.
Take into account that I am a short woman with a small body when checking the size :)
I'm first going to show you in detail the part covered in yellow!
The yellow color isn't a dull yellow, but rather a bright yellow color, so it has the effect of making even really dark backgrounds seem bright!

This product uses the highest quality duck down filling with 80% downy hair, making it light yet warm!
The duck down material that NERDY uses is said to have breathable qualities, so it's pleasant to wear even when it snows or rains in the winter :)

You need to protect the head to really feel warm. I normally find the hood uncomfortable, so I'm going to remove it for now, and attach the hood back on when it gets colder!
And another advantage is, with other brands' reversible down jackets there are many cases where you can't use the hood for both sides, but with this item the hood is also useful for both sides, making it more practical!
If you look closer, focusing on the detail, there's a band applied to the sleeves.
And if you flip it and check the bottom ends, there's a string that you can block the cold air with, to wear it even warmer :)
The only real point on the front side is the NERDY logo point on the left chest!

The zipper is a two-way zipper!
It's not common to have a two-way zipper detail in short down jackets I suppose this would also be a plus side :)
I wasn't sure if a two-way zipper detail would be necessary in a short down jacket, not even a long coat, but I figured you could also get an incredibly refined style if you use it well when layering several clothes inside the jacket!!
Personally, instead of being completely yellow throughout, I find the inside with the yellow and purple color combination more charming!
But still, if you open the zipper, the purple color shows slightly through, so it also looks very pretty if you wear the yellow color and go around with the zipper open!!

Both pockets have zippers on them!
The inside uses fleece fabric, so it's very soft and smooth when you put your hand in~
