As the Coronavirus epidemic has gotten worse, there has been a huge amount of panic. Many people have stockpiled on KF94 respirator masks, and prices have skyrocketed. It's become difficult to get masks at an affordable price, and even where masks are sold at cheaper prices, they're quickly sold out.

We've tried contacting the suppliers, but each online supplier has hiked up their prices, and some of them have even intentionally cancelled our order after it was placed to sell the masks at a higher price. Nonetheless, we've managed to get hold of a supply of K94 masks, so for those of you who need masks, you can purchase them here at an affordable price.

We initially had a supply of N95 masks, but after checking the masks for quality control, we've found that some of the products were defective. To ensure the safety of all of our consumers, we've decided to discard all of them and replace them with Korean-made K94 masks.

If you've already completed payment, don't worry. There's no issue with your order; you can follow the order instructions to pick up your goods. For new buyers, we've opened up purchase for KF94 so you can pick up masks at the Creatrip office or at Incheon Airport T1. If you really need or want respirator masks, buy them here, but please don't resell the masks!

Korean Mask Pickup : Cautions

Starting February 27th, the Korean government may restrict exports of masks and there have been delays at airport distribution centres. As a result, there are chances your deliveries will not get through in which case we'll process a full refund (Small fees may be involved depending on regulations of credit card companies).
According to South Korea's latest export restrictions, you are required to declare customs when leaving Korea with over 300 respirator masks. The maximum number of masks in a single order is 200 (for airport pickup) and 300 (for Creatrip office pickup). If a single order exceeds this number, Creatrip reserves the right to cancel the order without notice. Moreover, if you are carrying more than 300 masks when leaving the country, you are responsible for any additional taxes or confiscation risks that occur at customs declaration.
The colors of the masks are shipped randomly, with most of the masks being white, followed by some black and some beige. Moreover, the number of masks in one package is also random; some have 5 in one package, while some have 3 in one package. Regardless, all the masks are legally certified KF94 masks, and we guarantee you will receive the total number of masks you have ordered, so do not worry.
For your safety, please wear a mask when coming to the Creatrip office to pickup your masks. If you are not wearing a mask when coming to receive the masks, the masks will be delivered outside the office. We hope for your understanding.

2. Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 SAFEX Luggage Storage
(For airport pickup from 02.17 onwards. For pickup orders previous to 02.17, please pickup according to the order instructions)

Pickup hours : 07:00 - 22:00
(If you arrive after 22:00, you will not be able to collect your masks, and no refund will be made. Please check your arrival time.)

Korean Mask Pickup : When and How to Receive

1. Creatrip Office

Reservation is open on weekdays (working days in Korea) 10:00 - 17:00. After making your reservation, come to the Creatrip office on the reserved time for quantity check and pickup.
You cannot make additional purchases on site. Please complete the order and payment online.
If you do not arrive during Creatrip office hours for any personal reasons, we cannot provide any refunds, postponements, or changes to your order.
After arriving at the 21st floor, wait at the SPARKPLUS sign, and the Creatrip personnel will arrive on time.

2. Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 SAFEX Luggage Storage
(For airport pickup from 02.17 onwards. For pickup orders previous to 02.17, please pickup according to the order instructions)

If you place your order after business hours (22:00 - 07:00), we will only receive your order during business hours the next day, so we recommend you make your order in advance. If you do not arrive during business hours (22:00 - 07:00) for any personal reasons, we cannot provide any refunds, postponements, or changes to your order.
Refunds are not available after orders for the masks are placed, and additional masks cannot be purchased on-site. Any mask orders through Creatrip must be settled in advance online.
The pickup location is limited to Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, and masks cannot be picked up at Terminal 2 or another airport.

Korean Mask Pickup : How to Order

Select the date and time you expect to arrive at the pickup site to receive your goods.
Input the quantity you are purchasing, and complete the payment.
Orders for pickup on that very day will be confirmed within an hour.
This product cannot be refunded after order is placed.

Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 \| Arrivals If you want to receive your masks once you land in Korea
Get on the moving walkway on the B1 floor. Go to the entrance of the Airport Railroad.	Go past the Airport Railroad Travel Center. You'll see the railroad boarding gate to your left.
Arrive at the boarding gate for the All-stop Train.	Go inside the gateway next to the ticket gate (free of charge).

Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 \| Departures If you want to receive your masks when leaving Korea
After getting off the Airport Railroad Go up the escalator next to the With Me convenience store.	After you go up the escalator, you'll see the Travel Store.
