1024. Seafood Pajeon(green onion pancake)

  • Ingredients (2 Serving)

Korean Pancake mix 1 cup, Water 2 cups, Green onion, Squids, Shrimps, Mussels, Clams, Onion, Chili, Egg x1


  • Recipe

1. Mix 1 cup pancake mix and 2 cups of water in a bowl.

2. Grease pan with plenty of oil and put green onion on top.

3. Place seafood such as shrimp, squid, mussels, and clams on top of the green onion.

4. Pour 1 ladle evenly with prepared pancake batter.

5. Sprinkle with egg water.

6. Add onion and chilli.

7. Turn it upside down and cook the other side until it turns golden.




0920. Cheese Dakgalbi

Delicious cheese dakgalbi in a pan, showcasing a Korean spicy stir-fried chicken dish with melted cheese, vegetables, and red pepper paste, an iconic meal perfect for sharing.

  • Ingredients (2 Serving)

500g of Chicken, Sweet Potato, Carrot, Onion, Cabbage, Chilli Pepper, Green Onion, Mozzarella Cheese, Gochujang (Red Chilli Paste) 3T, Soy Sauce 3T, Sugar 3T, Chili Powder 3T, Minced Garlic 3T, Black Pepper


  • Recipe

1. Put Gochujang (Red Chilli Paste) 3T, Soy Sauce 3T, Sugar 3T, Chili Powder 3T, Minced Garlic 3T, Black Pepper in the bowl and make a marinade.

2. Soak the chicken in the marinade for around 10 minutes.

3. Put the oil in the pan and put in the marinated chicken.

4. Add sweet potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and onions and mix it well.

5. Add chilli peppers, and green onions and mix it well.

6. Put in mozzarella cheese on top and wait for it to melt and you will have made Dakgalbi!




0828. EXO Chanyeol Tteokbokki

A pot of Korean tteokbokki, featuring chewy rice cakes, fish cakes, and boiled egg in a spicy red sauce, presented as a popular Korean street food and comfort dish.

  • Ingredients (1 Serving)

Rice Cakes (Ttuk), Fish Cakes, Boiled Egg, Garlic, Green Onion, 2 Cups of Water, 3T Sugar, 1T Red Pepper Paste (GoChuJang), 2.5T Soy Sauce, 1.5T Red Pepper Powder (GoChutGaRu)


  • Recipe
  1. Put the Rice Cakes, 2 Cups of Water and 3T of Sugar into the pan and boil.

  2. When the water is boiling add in 1T Red Pepper Paste (GoChuJang), 2.5T Soy Sauce, 1.5T Red Pepper Powder (GoChutGaRu) and boil again.

  3. If you add fish cakes, boiled egg, minced garlic, as well as green onion and boil it a little bit more the Tteokbokki is done!




0723. Korean Pork Belly Gimbap

  • Ingredients (1 serving)
    Rice, 2 spoons of ssamjang (or red pepper paste), 1 spoon of sesame oil, garlic, kimchi, pork belly, gimbap laver


  • Recipe

1. Mix 2T of ssamjang and 1T of sesame oil with the bowl of rice.
2.Grill the pork belly, garlic, and kimchi
3.But the laver on the laver bed and cover from bottom to top with rice, pork belly, kimchi, and garlic.
4. Apply sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then cut into bite-sizes!




0704. Korean Issac Toast

  • Ingredients (1 serving)
    1/2 spoon sugar, 1/2 spoon oligosaccharide, 1 spoon mayo, 1 spoon kiwi sauce, 1 egg, 2 spoons corn, 1 piece sliced ham, 1 piece cheese, pickle, lettuce, 2 pieces of bread, margarine


  • Recipe
    1. Mix the sugar, oligosaccharide, mayo, and kiwi sauce together to make the sauce.
    2. Melt the margarine in the pan and toast the bread.
    3. Mix in the ham and corn into the egg and grill.
    4. Generously apply the sauce onto a piece of bread and put the ham, egg, cheese, pickle, lettuce in. Cover with the other piece of bread.
