Our Visit

Today, I visited 'Tokyo Sirloin Seolleung Branch', where you can taste a fusion course of traditional Japanese yakitori and aged grilled Korean beef.
BTS member Jungkook has also gained fame for his favorite restaurant!

When you enter, please be kindly greeted at the counter.
Afterwards, please guide me to the designated room.

Indoor spaces have long corridors and all rooms are private.
I think it would be a good idea to visit when I want to have a meal with the people who came quietly.

The room is decorated in a clean and comfortable atmosphere with white & wood tones.
Also, there is a wireless charger available at the table, so you can charge your phone during the meal.

The editor was visited by two people and the tableware for the two people was set up like this.
I can feel the effort put into creating a sophisticated atmosphere, even down to the smallest details like the dishes and utensil holders.

Also, there is a coat hanger inside so you can hang your coat, which is nice.

The menu is really diverse, so there are many courses to choose from depending on what you want.

First course dish, one-bite dish came out.
Abalone, salmon, and sashimi were prepared and there was a sense of enjoyment in seeing the plating that felt like it came straight from nature.
In addition, it was great to capture the dry ice performance on video.

Just try one by one like this and taste it, and the order of eating was also told, so I tried eating accordingly.
Tasted a variety of flavors from sour to savory, and it definitely gave a stimulating sensation to the taste buds.

The second dish is Hanwoo Carpaccio.
A Caesar salad with various textures and Hanwoo slices are served together.

This way, you can eat salad with Hanwoo slices after cutting it with a knife.
Caesar salad dressing goes really well with Hanwoo.

Here is the Cream Shrimp Croquette ready.
Wasabi mayo sauce that comes together helps to balance the greasiness of the fried food.

Inside the koroke there is plenty of shrimp and cream.
It was really delicious, soft yet crispy on the outside.

Main menu side dishes are ready for aged grilled Korean beef.
Various types of side dishes were neatly presented, making it visually appealing and delicious.
It is highly recommended to enjoy it with grilled Hanwoo beef.

100g of aged grilled beef came out.
Thinly sliced beef and vegetables, perfect for wrapping with lettuce, served with wasabi.
Also, the provided dipping sauce goes really well with the meat.

The first point of the meat and cheese was grilled by the staff with explanation.
I could taste the flavor of high-quality cheese, not the taste of cheap cheese like Imsil cheese.

The rest of the meat can be grilled on the grill to your liking and eaten.
In the middle, there were potatoes and garlic with added sauce, and it was nice to have it as a side dish while eating meat.

The next course is rice and beef seaweed soup.
Rice can be changed to snapper rice for an additional 10,000 won per person.
Domisotbap itself is a recipe for two servings, so please note that it is difficult to change it to just one serving!

The Domi pot rice looks really delicious from the visual.
They say it's made by adding fried dough and chives, scallions, soy sauce, etc.

In American English: Please have the employees thoroughly mix the sea bream fillet into the rice and serve it in individual bowls.
The rice dish was not seasoned lightly and had a savory flavor.
Seaweed soup, made with Hanwoo beef, seemed to have a strong broth and went well with rice cooked in a pot.

It goes well even when eaten with kimchi.
In Korea, there is a culture of eating seaweed soup on birthdays, so it would be nice to have it as a birthday celebration.

After finishing the meal, please press the call bell and ask for dessert like this.
Green tea bean paste mochi and cherry and omija tea were served as dessert.
Cool and clean menu, perfect for finishing.

Today I had a really delicious meal at 'Tokyo Sirloin Seolleung'.
