Creatrip and Shilla Duty Free have formed a partnership! All the coupons we introduced earlier are only available at Shilla Duty Free's Seoul and Jeju branches, as well as at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. When you arrive at the duty-free store building, you will see the membership/gift desk center on the right-hand side. To join the membership and register for S.Rewards Points, you need to come here first.
As soon as you enter the entrance, you can see a kiosk. Get a ticket from the kiosk and wait for your turn.
There is a baggage storage on the left side of the kiosk. If your luggage is heavy, you can leave it in the storage and shop lightly.
While waiting in line, I recommend scanning the QR code and joining the membership first. Since it is a simple and fast process, the employees can quickly process your membership when your turn comes, making it more convenient for everyone.
When it's your turn, hand your passport, ticket, and S.Rewards Points coupon to the staff.
The membership card is linked to your passport number, so when you make a purchase later, you only need to show your passport. If you want a physical card as a souvenir, you can request one at the desk! Now that we're done at the desk, let's go into the duty-free store!
The first floor is the luxury brand section, where coupons and points cannot be used. In the center of the first floor, there is a floor guide map and a Shilla Duty Free information brochure. The brochure is available in English, Chinese, and Japanese.
The B1 floor has the most brands where you can use the coupons, including cosmetics and fashion apparel. Fashion and accessory brands are located in a circular shape on the outer side, while cosmetics brands are located in the center.
In addition, the Shilla Duty Free exclusive BTS store, "Space of BTS," proudly stands on this floor. It has numerous goods and charming displays that captivate the hearts of fans!
As you come to the center, you'll be drawn to the various cosmetics on display.

It's essential to check if your points have been applied to the purchase after completing the payment process. The points are applied at a rate of 1 dollar per 1,000 points, and since you made a purchase of over 30 dollars, it applied 5 dollars worth of points. Now, let's go and try to apply the discount coupons and S.Rewards Points together!
