Most BBQ restaurants in Korea are focused on sharing the meal among a group of friends along with social drinking. But sometimes, people want to get a great beef meal without assembling the avengers. Sometimes, people are traveling solo or just can't find a partner.

The restaurant is located about 20 minutes from Noksapyeong Station. It's a decent walk through an interesting neighborhood and a great opportunity to think about the delicious food you're about to consume.

The size of the restaurant itself is not very large, but since its a restaurant for solo diners, there is no need for large group tables. Approximately 15 people can eat comfortably.
The atmosphere is very interesting and personal.
There are storage areas to keep your bags, coats, umbrellas, or any other things you might be carrying.
The menu is in both Korean and English. All meat descriptions are in Korean though, so if you have any questions, the staff would be happy to assist you.
Diners should order at least one meat option when dining, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a set option.
I always order the double set because I love having an abundance of food. The novelty of having different food and a variety of flavors makes it easy to keep eating. The beef is of an undeniably high quality absolutely exudes flavor.
Here you can see some of the side dishes that come with the double set, including soup and grilled cheese blocks. Each item complements the meat and tastes exponentially better when combined into one life-changing bite.
The cheese comes already toasted and ready to eat. My mouth is watering just looking at the picture.
If the meat listed in the set menu happens to be sold out, it will be replaced by an equally delicious cut of meat.
You are also at liberty to substitute the drinks listed in the set menu (which are alcoholic) if you are driving or don't have a desire to drink an alcoholic beverage.
The workers will leave you to cook your meat however you desire, but be careful not to burn the meat! It can cook fairly quickly over the hot coals.
So if you like your meat closer to the "medium" side of the spectrum, flip it quickly and remove it from the coals.
The meat comes already seasoned with pepper and salt, so you don't HAVE to dip it in any sauce. You can eat it as-is and still be completely satisfied.
Definitely, the best flavor combination is the beef and cheese eaten together in one bite. The smells and flavors all coalesce into a mouth-watering bite.
It is also worthwhile to supplement the meat with the vegetables available to you. Just make sure you can open your mouth widely.
