1. Crush the noodles
The first step is to crush the noodles. Put the flakes aside for now.
Put the noodle in a plastic bag and hit it with a rolling pin or anything similar. You put it in a plastic bag, so the noodles don't fly all over your place.
2. Soak the noodles
Add the crushed noodle, flakes and powders into the bowl. Don't pour the boiling water too much. Just enough to cover the noodles.
3. Fry your egg
You can have your eggs sunny side up or scramble. It's your choice!
4. Add the rice
When the egg is done, add your rice into the pan.
5. Add noodles and mix
When you pour the noodle, mix it thoroughly. If you added too much water in the noodle, you could always pour them out before adding them to the pan. Your mouth will start to water due to the yummy smell.
6. Plating
Put the fried rice into the bowl and press it with a spoon.
And then turn the bowl upside down on a plate to get this cool effect.
