First up is singer and actress IU. When she first showed up on TV, she was not this slim.

Bae Suzy

At the beginning of her debut, she was a bit chubby due to her love for pastries. Once she saw herself on the TV, she was shocked by her looks and decided to go on a diet.
Kang Min-Kyung ate one sweet potato, a cup of low-fat milk and chicken breast salad for breakfast, one apple and two sweet potatoes for lunch and a cup of low-fat milk, three cherry tomatoes and one sweet potato for dinner.
