Things to Keep In Mind

Please complete your reservation at least 2 days in advance.

After your reservation is confirmed, please check your voucher.  The voucher includes the driver's name, contact number, and car license plate.

The voucher will be sent at 21:00, on the day before the pickup date.

The driver will be waiting while holding a picket. Input your name accurately!

Set the pickup time to 1~2 hours after landing, taking into account time for entry procedures.

If you're over 30 minutes late to the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and refund will not be provided.

In case of a long delay, additional costs may occur.

In case of delays due to delayed flights, the driver will wait with no additional cost. If the driver cannot operate due to the delay, a 100% refund will be provided. Document proof of the flight's delay must be provided in this instance.

A 100% refund is provided up to 3 days prior to pickup date. No refund is available after that date. 

If you wish to change your reservation, inform us of the changes at least 2 days in advance.

Infant car seats are not available for separate rental.

If there are two separate accommodations that need drop off services, please be sure to add the 'Extra Stop' option.

Step 2	Input your reservation details. Enter your reservation information in detail including desired date, option, departure location, and age! After reservation is complete, click here to check your reservation status.
Step 3	After your reservation is confirmed, please check your voucher. Your voucher should include the driver's name, contact number, and car license plate.
Step 4	We will pick you up at the airport arrival gate, holding a picket. Please enter your name and flight number accurately.  In case of pickup at the hotel, please enter the hotel name accurately!
