Why We Recommend It

Before dropping off your luggage at your hotel, please check if the service is available at your hotel.
If you are leaving your luggage at the hotel, please make sure to leave your luggage before 10:00.
Please check whether your hotel is eligible for this service. Available range: All areas of Seoul, Incheon (all areas except Ongjin and Ganghwa), parts of Gyeonggi-do (Goyang, Gimpo, Bucheon, Ansan, Shiheung, Anyang, Gwangmygong, Gunpo, Gwacheon).
It may take a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 8 hours for your luggage to be delivered. If your luggage is not retrieved, it will be stored for up to 30 days (Storage fees may apply).
In the case that any luggage is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the service provider, you will receive up to 500,000 KRW in reimbursements.
Luggage exceeding 25 kg can be transported, but there will be no compensation in the case that there is damage to the wheels or handles.
Please take personal care of your passport, identification, and valuables.
In the case that the service is unavailable due to traffic or weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund.
Please be on time. If you are going to be late, make sure to contact TripEasy!
There must be a minimum of 6 hours between the luggage storage and collection time.
If you wish to transport any special luggage items such as golf bags, strollers, or bicycles, please contact us in advance at help@creatrip.com.
A 100% refund is provided for cancellations until 1 day prior to the reservation date, and no refund is available after that date.
To change or cancel your reservation, contact us at help@creatrip.com at least 1 day prior to the reservation date.
Please kindly inform the hotel that the luggage pickup request has been made to the luggage delivery company before 10:00 for hotel pickup.
In the event that your luggage is not available upon the driver's arrival, it may be canceled as a no-show.
Please attach a tag with "TRIPEASY" written on it to your bag for pickup after confirmation.
Please make sure to enter the same name for your hotel reservation and Tripeasy reservation.

How to Use
Incheon Airport -> Hotel
- Operating hours: 08:00~21:00
- If you submit before 17:00, same-day delivery is possible.
- If you submit after 17:00, delivery will be scheduled for the next day.
Hotel -> Incheon Airport
- Operating hours: 08:00 ~ 10:00 AM
- If your flight departs before 3:00 PM, you need to apply for luggage service the day before your flight between 8:00AM~11:00AM. Luggage pick-up is available the next day from 8:00 AM.
- If your flight departs after 3:00 PM, you need to apply for luggage service on the day of your flight between 8:00AM~11:00AM. Luggage pick-up is available from 3:00 PM on the same day.
