Busan Jagalchi Market: Daeseong Sashimi | Review
Crabs in Daeseong Sashimi are all huge and fresh! You can decide to eat there or not after bargaining until a mutual agreement. Some restaurant might tell you the price after you get a seat which possibly could be scam.
There are many tables in the 2 floors restaurant. You will be led to a private room when visiting in groups.
All tables are with floor seats, please note if you cannot bear.
One of my favourite characters of Korean restaurant is that they always serve side dishes right after you get a seat before the main dish is ready.
This time in Daeseong Sashimi, They served green onion pancake, steamed corn, cheese corn and seaweed soup.
Can you guess what did I ordered based on this picture? (tips: ㅁㅇㅌ)
Tada~ it's maeuntang 매운탕! Seafood spicy stew~
The broth tastes very fresh and sweet, thanks to the fresh seafood in Busan! It's not spicy at so for those who can not bear with spicy food.
The star of the meal! Steamed crab. I was gonna order a king crab but it was really too much so that I went for a snow crab. Can you see how much meat is there!??? 😍 TBH snow crab is more cost-effective because you pay too much for the weight of the shell of a king crab.
Crab butter is called "rice thief" in Korea, so don't forget to eat with rice! Because the crab is fresh so it doesn't taste fishy at all!
Since Jagalchi is an attraction to tourist so there's Chinses and English written on the menu.
