Things to Keep in Mind
The admission tickets are exclusively for foreigners, and they are not available for purchase for domestic visitors.
Children under 18 months can enter for free, and children between 18 months and 36 months can enjoy a 30% discount at the ticket counter with a passport as proof of age.
Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
Please note that the activity schedule may be subject to slight changes based on the health of the animals, so make sure to check the timetable at the venue.
If you are interested in special experiences, you can inquire and apply for them on-site.
Due to safety reasons, strollers are not allowed inside, so you can leave them at the entrance.
Please be aware that for safety reasons, you may need to wait in line for 15 to 30 minutes, and refunds due to waiting times will not be possible.
To comply with animal ethics policies, touching animals inside the facility is not allowed.

Our Visit
Today, we visited Zoolung Zoolung Yeongdeungpo branch. Zoolung Zoolung Yeongdeungpo is located within Times Square, making it very accessible.
Go straight to the 4th floor and present the voucher, then you will receive a wristband-type admission ticket that can be worn on your wrist. After wearing the wristband, proceed to the entrance on the 5th floor.
When you go up to the 5th floor, you will find lockers and stroller storage facilities. The lockers are available for free use upon purchasing the admission ticket.
There are stickers placed on the side table before entering. You can write your name on the sticker and keep it as a memento or stick it on items like a notebook or a book!
The entry time is scheduled every 15 minutes, and it seems that this limitation has been set for safety reasons.
While waiting, you can take photos at the photo zone, so there is no time to get bored while waiting.
You can also buy souvenirs and drinks related to Zoolung Zoolung from the vending machines.
Finally, it's time to enter. First, please sanitize your hands and have your admission ticket scanned.
After entering, you need to listen to the stories related to Zoolung Zoolung. Even though it's in Korean and may not be easy to understand, the subtle lighting on the walls gives a dreamy and mysterious atmosphere.
Finally, we entered Zoolung Zoolung.
You can meet various animals and feed them.
In addition to interacting with the animals, there is also a stage prepared in the central area. The stage offers fun storytelling or events aimed at children.
There are penguins, capybaras, and even doctor fish! There are so many different kinds of animals so we were excited throughout the entire experience.
Moreover, on one side, there is a space for portraits. The experience fee is snacks. It's said that the quality of the snack affects the quality of the portrait. It sounds really fun, right? Why not get a portrait while you're here!
In the food court, there are meals, drinks, and snacks available. It's convenient because you can easily grab something to eat if you get hungry while enjoying the exhibition.
After having a meal, we saw Fennec Foxes, turtles, crowned cranes, and raccoons. It took approximately 2 hours.
There's nothing as exciting as shopping at the souvenir shop before exiting! There are a variety of souvenirs available!
How to Get There
After getting off at Yeongdeungpo Station, go down to the underground level and head to the right.
Go down the stairs and proceed straight ahead.
When you see an alley, make a left turn.
After making a left turn, go in the left direction.
Continue straight, and when you see a sign with Times Square written on it, make a left turn.
Enter Times Square.
Take the escalator and go up.
After going up, continue straight ahead.
When you see the escalator, take it and go up to the 4th floor.
Once you reach the 4th floor, you will see the Zoolung Zoolung ticket counter.
