Qualifications To Apply

A person who has graduated from high school as of the date of application.

18 years of age or older as of the date of application.

Must be able to submit an Apostilled diploma/certificate of graduation, or else have the document confirmed by the Korean Embassy.

* The application will be accepted as of the time when both the refund application and copy of bank book are submitted.
* If you receive a refund with overseas remittance, the fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
* Refund takes about 10 business days for domestic accounts and 4-6 business days for overseas accounts.


D-4 Visa Notice

This is a student visa for students who plan to study for more than 6 months.

Students who plan to attend for only one semester can receive a C-3-1 short-term visa and stay for up to 90 days.

You can apply for your D-4 visa after receiving the Standard Admission Form from the school.

You must apply for your visa at the Korean Embassy in your home country.

You are permitted to stay for 6 months, and your visa must be extended every 3 months after entering the country.

The visa issuance period takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, so please check with your local embassy and plan accordingly.

Required information and document screening takes 2-5 business days.

The school's document review takes 2-3 weeks from the date they receive the documents.

If any physical documents are missing, you will need to submit them and pay any associated fees such as shipping.

If the school requests additional data, you may need to send more documents.

Applicants must apply for the proper visa on their own.

If you have any other inquiries such as quarantine policy or dormitory application, please contact help@creatrip.com.

Step 5Application & Document Submission

After the physical document review is complete, Creatrip prepares and delivers the documents to the school. It takes about 2 business weeks for the school to review the documents.

If there is a problem with the documents, we will contact you by e-mail. If the school requests more documents, you will need to submit them and pay any shipping fees.

What is an Apostille?
