*Application fee is the amount paid when applying for admission and is non-refundable. You may pay tuition after being accepted to the program.

* To request a refund, please come to the Korean Language institute office and submit a copy of your bankbook and refund application.
* If you request a refund to an overseas account, ant international transaction fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
* The refund takes up to 10 days for domestic accounts and 4 weeks for international accounts.
D-4 Visa Notice
This is a student visa for those who plan to study in Korea for more than 6 months.
Students who apply for only one semester may receive a C-3-1 short-term visa and stay for 90 days.
You can get a D-4 visa after receiving the school's Standard Admission Form.
You must apply for visa issuance at the Korean Embassy in your home country.
You are permitted to stay for 6 months, and the visa must be renewed every 3 months after entry.
The visa issuance period takes anywhere from 2 week to 2 months, so please check with your local embassy and plan accordingly.

Creatrip Language School Service Procedure
Keep in mind that the required information and document screening takes 2-5 business days.
The school's document review takes 2-3 weeks from the date they receive the documents.
If a physical documents are missing, you will have to submit them and cover any shipping fees.
If the school requests additional documents, you will need to submit them and pay any associated fees.

Step 3 | Documents Reviewed By Creatrip Takes 2-5 business days. If there is a problem, we will contact you via e-mail. |
Step 4 | Submit Physical Documents Through Mail (EMS, DHL, etc.) When documents arrive at Creatrip, we review once more to ensure everything is in order. Step 5 | Application & Document Submission After the physical document review is complete, Creatrip prepares an application for admission and delivers the documents to the school. It takes about 2 business weeks for the school to review the documents. If there is a problem with the documents, we will contact you via e-mail. If the school requires more documents, you will need to submit them and pay any shipping fees. Physical documents will be kept by the school. |

What is an Apostille?
This is the verification method by which countries are able to legally recognize documents from another country.
Applicants from countries under the Apostille Convention may submit documents without an Apostille. Please check to see if your country is a member of the Apostille Convention.

University Of Seoul At A Glance
The University of Seoul (UOS) is the only university run by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and is famous for its low tuition and excellent classes for Korean students. Likewise, the Korean Language Institute provides great classes with the cheapest tuition in downtown Seoul, so you can learn Korean without such a heavy financial burden.
Though the University of Seoul is city-run, it is still recognized as one of the most prestigious universities in Korea because of its outstanding faculty members and abundant resources.
UOS, along with Kyung Hee University and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, is located in the Cheongnyangni-Hoegi commercial district, so in your free time, there are plenty of cheap and delicious restaurants to explore.
