- You must make a booking at least 1 day in advance.
- Please be punctual for your booked date and time. (We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes early.)
- If you will be wearing a Hanbok for the shoot, please schedule enough time to include dressing time.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, extra charges may apply or your booking may be canceled.
- Hanbok rental is separate. Hair or makeup service is not provided.
- For outdoor shoots that require palace entry, the photographer’s admission fee must be paid separately by the customer.

- Languages available for communication: English, Chinese, Japanese
- Bookings are confirmed within 1 business day.
- Changes or cancellations must be completed at least 7 days before the visit. Fully refundable within 7 days.
- To change a booking, please email help@creatrip.com.
- Original photos will be sent by email within 7 days from the shoot date.
- Select the photos you want retouched and send them to Bukchon Photo Studio’s email, and the retouched photos will be emailed within 2 weeks from receipt.
- The delivery schedule for original and retouched photos may change depending on studio circumstances.
- On the day of the shoot, you can meet the photographer directly at the shooting location (palace, hanok village, etc.) and proceed without visiting the studio.
- If you want to shoot at Gyeongbokgung, you don’t need to visit the studio, we can conveniently meet you at Gyeongbokgung’s main entrance and proceed with the shoot.
- For more accurate and smooth guidance, please contact us by email at admin@studiobukchon.kr at least two days before your scheduled shoot, and we will kindly provide detailed directions for the meeting place.
