Our Visit
The Gwanghwamun location also had a clean modern interior design with a white tone.
The Gwanghwamun LUFT COFFEE had so many varieties of bread I couldn't just leave, right?
This time I ordered the types of bread I didn't get a chance to eat last time.
The Gwanghwamun location wasn't as big as the Myeongdong location but there were various photo spots so I took a variety of photos!
For my drink, I had a cold brew latte.
Because LUFT COFFEE picks its coffee beans carefully the cold brew tasted good as well.
If you order a cold brew they give you a separate cup of ice so you can enjoy it cold.
This time the editor chose to eat Custard Cube, Malcha Cube, Plain Cream Cheese, Cranberry Cream Cheese, and Malcha Cream Cheese.
Custard Cube (3,800 KRW) has a chewy texture with the sweet and soft custard cream in between the bread. To be honest everyone likes custard cream right?
It's impossible to fail with the taste of custard cream but it was more enjoyable as they baked it everyday.
Matcha Cube (5,200 KRW) looked like they put the matcha powder into the bread itself as it was green with the inside being full of matcha cream and white sediments.
The sweet and rich taste of the Malcha Cube paired well with the Americano.
While eating the wide variety of desserts available at LUFT Coffee I was able to enjoy the interior of LUFT Coffee.
There are a lot of blank spaces in the interior of LUFT Coffee. It is said LUFT Coffee does not do any unnecessary advertisements. They also don't leave any unnecessary props. To only put necessary items and leave the rest blank is LUFT's own rule. From the blank spaces rather than feeling desolate I felt relaxed. I felt like I was in Hawaii and I enjoyed the relaxation in this space.
They didn't advertise any props they designed or created. They simply aligned the props allowing the customers to purchase them if they chose to. These points make LUFT Coffee's interior more fascinating.
On one side there were badges and tumblers that used Seoul's night sky and Namsan Tower as a motive.
The designs were simple and cute making it good to buy as a souvenir or to use personally.
Especially the tumbler mug with the Namsan Tower design was the one the editor wanted.
LUFT Coffee also packs any leftover bread one by one.
Even the packaging was artistic! They were kind until the end making me feel very good.
And with this, I have introduced to you Korea's 'Little Hawaii' LUFT COFFEE. How was it? Did you feel the relaxation for a while as you looked and read through this post? I feel proud that I was able to introduce LUFT COFFEE to the members of Creatrip.
Next time I will try to find other cafes with their own charm. See you again!
