2019 DDP Night Market I Review
In fact no matter which way you take from DDP, if you just follow the crowd you will eventually arrive at the night market. If you don't want to go visit the night market, you can just enjoy the beautiful DDP nightscape.
However, as you can see the place is filled with businesses and people. It is really lively, festive and worth a visit.
April in Seoul is very warm, so you don't need to wear a thick coat or a down jacket. You can come in a light, comfortable outfits and enjoy the spring night here at DDP.
On the outside of the DDP night market, there are small cultural objects, daily necessities, and more. You can start shopping here. Just keep in mind that most of them charge cash, but some of them open credit card payments. There will be a yellow sign notifying that they allow credit card payments.
In South Korea, the night market is relatively new. compared to night markets in other countries, Korean markets are smaller. They have more accessories and items compared to food heavy foreign markets.
However, the sizes of markets grew over the years, and food trucks exquisite menus have opened. To tell you the truth, the price is quite high.
If you look close enough there are food trucks selling good food, conveniently. There are trash cans everywhere, so you can stroll around, have some food and leave at ease.
Everyone who have visited DDP will think that there are no seats to take a rest. They have installed resting areas as well. There are open-air seats along the road, and you can also sit next to the flower beds and take some rest.
In 2019, DDP put some bean bags you can hang around.
But, the seats are too little, mostly occupied children.
If you don't like want to eat from the market you can browse other vendors here, which have tasty foods as well.
The atmosphere looks very peaceful and warm doesn't it? Dongdaemun Night Market is held in less crowded shopping district of Dongdaemun. You can spend some enjoyable and relaxed time here.
I coudn't help pick up these two street foods from the market. Ddeokboki was very delicious and cheap. Vegetable flavor went really nice with the rice cake. The kebabs smelled really nice and the chicken skewers looked mesmerizing as well.
The entire Dongdaemun DDP night market is not too famous right now. The stores here are very nice, so if you are looking for some fun and relaxing time this is the place for you!
Whether you want some food, drinks, or shopping you can find all of them in DDP night market.
There will also be some hand-made parts on the spot, and DIY zone. If you are interested, you can take one of a kind souvenirs home!
Beautiful LED rose garden is another highlight of the DDP night marke.t It opens until April, 2019. Don't forget to grasp the beautiful sight before it closes down.
Although it has been 5 years since its installation, it has extended its operation until now. However, it is different this year, and they have officially announced that it will close on April 30th, 2019.
Friends who have not yet traveled to DDP rose garden should come before the end of April and come here to keep this beautiful memory in their heart. I hope that DDP renews the area quickly and announce another great exhibition as the new Seoul landmark.
This posting was about my latest visit to the Seoul Bbamdokkaebi Market held in DDP. Compared with last year I feel like they have grown bigger, and I hope everyone visits the place to enjoy the beautiful spring evening.
