Vintage 38 is a cafe located in Busan Seomyeon. It is a very vintage, attractive moody place as the name 'Vintage 38' suggests.
The place was originally an old factory but it was remodeled, decorated with brick and cement walls, atmospheric lighting, and antique pieces.
It is a huge 3-story cafe with a different concept on each floor!
On the first floor, the ceiling is very high and the view is clear, with brick and cement walls, ambiance lighting and antique pieces.
It was not out of style, but rather seemed like a very trendy and sophisticated factory.
Especially the wide ceiling was very nice. The factory concept didn't seem frustrating at all thanks to the wide ceiling.
Now let's go up to the second floor.
On the second floor, there were bean bags on the left, where you could sit down stretching out your legs or comfortable sit on your legs and look outside through the glass windows. The seats on the 2nd floor were very popular, and even though it was a weekday afternoon, the place was full.

This is why this place is so popular to Korean locals, and even there are so many seats, it's hard to find any vacancies.
There are so many people on the weekends that all of the desserts might be sold out or you may even have to wait in line.
The third floor was decorated with vintage, unique chairs and accessories.
From the third floor, the first floor looks like a toy town.
However, since the third floor is too high, young children shouldn't go up there.
Vintage 38 is a hot place for young Korean locals where they can take lots of vintage and atmospheric pictures.
Once you enter the cafe, I recommend you take a picture in front of the camping car!

I ordered Vintage 38's signature menu, Fruit Istanbul Tart and Vintage Cream Latte.
Fruit Istanbul Tart uses seasonal fruits which is why the fruits that are served varies according to the season you visit.
The tart was not of a soft castella feeling, but rather a slightly crunchy texture, harmonized with the fresh cream.
It is the perfect combination with coffee.
