Wearing school uniforms at famous tourist places became a popular trend among young Koreans. Not only couples, but even friends come and rent Korean school uniforms and take photos together. At the Jamsil Lotte World Amusement Park, you can see loads of Korean people wearing school uniforms. Many of them rent from a school uniform rental shop. You can find pretty uniforms that appeared on popular Korean shows, such as Produce 101 and Korean dramas. For those of you who always wanted to try on Korean uniforms, Creatrip found the perfect rental shop in Jamsil called Ehwa School Uniform.

Why We Recommend It
Ehwa School Uniform (이화교복) is located right next to Jamsil Lotte World, which is one of the most representative travel attractions in Korea. You can rent, wear and have fun at the amusement park.
Ehwa School Uniform has an extensive collection of school uniforms. Other school uniform rental shops usually have regular school uniforms and old school uniforms from the 70s and 80s. Ehwa's school uniforms, however, are more simple and more modern.
You can get customized school uniforms similar to the uniforms worn by K-Pop idols and Produce 101 and Produce 48 stars. You won't be able to rent these special school uniforms from elsewhere.
The Ehwa School Uniform has a photo zone where customers can take photos for free in uniforms.
Things to Keep In Mind
This price includes a top, bottom, vest, tie, and usage of the photo zone. You will need to pay an additional fee on-site for women's vests, inner skirts, stockings, long socks, and men's shorts.
Uniform sizes range from XS-XXL. For more accurate sizing, please check on-site.
There are staff members on-site who can speak Chinese and English.
A refundable deposit of 5,000 KRW per person will be charged on-site, and big groups will have to leave a form of ID (passport).
You can try on two uniforms for free, but you will have to pay an additional fee from the third uniform you try on.
There is no makeup or photography service.
If you want to rent the uniform for four days or more, an additional 3,000 KRW per day will be charged starting from the fourth day. Prices are subject to change, so please check with the staff on-site.
Please check the uniform for any stains or damages before renting the uniform. Additional fees may apply if the uniform is damaged.
If payment is not completed after making a reservation, your reservation will not be confirmed. In order to make a reservation at the lowest price, you must make your payment beforehand online. You cannot receive the discount if you pay on-site.
Cancelations, refunds, or any changes to your reservation must be made at least 3 days prior to your visit.
Same-day reservations are accepted and reservations are confirmed immediately (same-day reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded).

Our Visit
There's a large waiting area with seats just past the front counter. In this area, you can look through all the different accessories and add-ons, and there are mirrors everywhere to take photos or try on items!
On the left is a temporary storage area where you can store your things while you try on uniforms and take photos. In the very back, you can see the Uniform Room where you can look through all the different uniforms and try them on in the dressing stalls! There's also a beauty room where you can fix your hair and makeup!
Definitely don't forget to get photos in the classroom at Ehwa School Uniform before leaving! The pastel colors make such a pretty backdrop for photos. It even has classrooms desks and chairs you can use as photo props! There's a mini photo booth where you can get your photos printed just outside the classroom as well, but you'll have to pay for this separately.
If you want to experience a day at Lotte World as a Korean local does, you have to get a Korean school uniform outfit before going. We really felt like we were students again on a field trip to the theme park! Even during the winter, you can keep your things in a locker at the park and hang out in the indoor section in just the uniform!
If you go outside, be sure to grab your padding jackets first! We headed outside to watch the Magic Castle Lights Up show and grabbed our jackets beforehand. How to Get There
Ehwa School Uniform Roadmap Directions
It can be a bit confusing to find the rental shop, so please follow the directions carefully. Take the Seoul metro Line 2 or Line 8 and get off at Jamsil Station (잠실역). Leave from Exit 4 and walk straight. Walk past the Jamsil Lotte building and the parking lot. When you see the building that has CU and Starbucks, go down one floor.

Enter the building, walk straight, and turn right at the end of the hallway.
Walk towards the elevators and use the stairs or ride the elevator to go down one floor.
