There is generally no limit for the number of carry-on baggage you can bring, as long as the total weight is under the weight requirement. However, there is a strict regulation on baggage on China Airlines flying to South Korea. The weight cannot exceed 32kg, mostly in order to prevent injuries of ground staff from handling process.

If you require a check-in of luggage heavier than 32kg, please contact China Airlines in advance for confirmation. In addition, the overweight fee of flights between South Korea and Taiwan on China Airlines is $6 per kg.

In addition, the overweight fee for Cathay Pacific flights between South Korea and Taiwan is 13USD to 15USD per kg and 30USD per kg for any extra piece of baggage.
