The Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall is located by the Seoul Metro Line 1 Yeongdeungpo Station.
This underground shopping mall connects the subway with the Yeongdeungpo Shinsegae Department Store.
I wrote this review based on my experience visiting this location twice in the autumn and winter, sometime in November, for those of you who want to shop at the Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall.

Shopping in Korea｜Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall Expedition
It is rather difficult to shop decent, good quality winter outfits from many Undergrounds Shopping Malls in Seoul. The Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall is not different. The items sold from the stores are cute and trendy, but the outers are not thick enough to endure the severe coldness in winter. One thing to remember about shopping at underground shopping malls: You get what you paid for.
As you can see from the photo, you can see many autumn clothing at the Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall. After all, these clothes are not enough to keep your body warm in the winter. It's now the end of December, so the clothes might have gotten much thicker. If you are looking for a discounted item, check out these autumn clothes for clearance sale.
The Autumn in South Korea is relatively shorter than South Asian countries. Some tourists from South Asian countries do not bring enough clothing and ends up getting sick during their trip in Korea. If you are one of these under-equipped tourists, I would strongly recommend you to shop at the Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping mall.
These clothes in the photos above appear not so thick. The usual fashion trend in the autumn and winter season in Korea would be in toned-down and monotonous colors. When I visited this place, I was able to see many items following this fashion trend. You can appear more mature and calm in these outfits.
You can buy clothings at low prices from the Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping mall. You can get a padded jacket for as low as 10,000 won and a long-sleeves shirt for as low as 5,000 Won. Usually, the T-shirts cost from 5,000 to 8,000 won.
The traits of the Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall are similar to the Gangnam Terminal Underground Shopping Mall. But the former way is more complicated to navigate. One store usually sells similar items with different styles. If you visit shop with your friends, you will be able to compare the styles and prices together.

I must say I've visited almost all the shopping places for autumn clothes shopping. The layout of the shopping mall feels a bit complicated at first, but the Yeongdeungpo Shopping Mall has many stores selling different unique products. If you prefer a market-style shopping mall, this place may work for you!
You can find shoes and accessory stores in the Yeongdeungpo underground shopping mall. If you are interested, you can check these items out. In addition, the major cosmetics shops are also concentrated in the vicinity of the subway station. You can buy many Korean beauty products from this location!
Shopping in Korea｜Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall：Ramen & Gimbap
Unlike other underground shopping malls in Seoul, the Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall has many choices to eat. If you don't want to dine at the Lotte Department Store Food Court, I would recommend you to check out "Ramen & Gimbap" restaurant. This place is conveniently located near the Yeongdeungpo Underground Station and the Old street.
Shopping in Korea｜Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall：How to get there
The Yeongdeungpo underground shopping mall is easy to reach because it is right by the underground subway station. Please refer to the map indicated above for more detailed directions. First, you can take Line 1 and get off at the Yeongdeungpo Station. If you walk toward Exit 5, you will soon arrive at the entrance of the Yongdengpo Underground Street.
The entire Yeongdeungpo underground shopping mall is connected to the Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, and TIME SQUARE.
Don't be afraid about getting lost. When you see the entrance sign of the Lotte Department Store, you just need to walk for a few meters forward to reach the Yeongdeungpo Underground Shopping Mall. Hurry and start your shopping spree!
I ordered two types of instant noodles: the tender noodles with tofu and Myeongtae Noodles (dried salted fish). The price of these dishes was very cheap. If the portion is not big enough for you, you can order Gimbap or Tteokbokki as a side. There are also many other delicious side menus, such as fried rice, pasta, and more.
To conclude, this review was written based on a Creatrip editor (It's me! )'s visit to the Yeongdeungpo Underground shopping mall in the late autumn and early winter season of 2018. In fact, I found the price of the clothes sold in this mall to be reasonable and even cheap. I was able to find not only women's clothing but also men's.
