[Korean Fast Food] Mom's Touch, A Korean Fast Food Joint! Take a look at the menu!
Hello, everyone! We are Creatrip, a group of travel experts.
Your daily dose of the latest travel tips and tricks.
What do you want to eat today? Fast food you say?
And now you're going to choose between McDonalds and Burger King?
Wait a moment! What about Mom's Touch?
Mom's Touch is Korea's own little fast food chain. It's growing quickly and has opened a store in Taiwan last year.
Let's take a look at the menu!
The Mom's Touch menu of the day for Creatrip staff members!
We have here the deep cheese burger and white garlic burger, garlic chicken, and the Ricotta Salad Burger!
These four menu items are only available in Korea.
We took a pic of the massive pile of food, but let's take a closer look!
First up, the Ricotta Salad Burger (4000 KRW, 5900 KRW for the set).
The Ricotta Salad Burger (or the Ri-Sal Burger) is a burger with ricotta cheese salad in it. The chicken leg patty was tender and juicy!
And there's actually a pretty generous amount of ricotta cheese in the burger, lol
The lettuce salad and balsamic dressing in it was super good!
It's about 100 calories less than the famous Mom's touch Psy Burger, so a lot of girls like to get this option!
Next is the Deep Cheese Burger (3800 KRW, 5800 KRW for the set).
The name is "deep" cheese, but the cheese flavor wasn't actually that rich.
There wasn't even that much cheese in it either. It was all just in one area.
The popular Psy Burger is a little spicy, but this wasn't so spicy compared to that.
Personally, I recommend getting the Psy Burger over the Deep Cheese. It's so much better.
Next, the Calcium Plus Burger (3400 KRW, 5600 KRW for the set).
The Calcium Plus Burger is basically a Psy Burger with barbecue sauce in it.
At first I couldn't really tell the difference from the Psy.
But then I got more of the barbecue flavor from underneath the patty!
I think if the sauce was a little more evenly distributed, it would have made it better.
If you like that barbecue flavor, then I'd receommend the Calcium Plus. If not, just go with the Psy :).
Lastly, the White Garlic Burger (3900 KRW, 5900 KRW for a set).
The editor that had the White Garlic said that she doesn't usually like burgers all that much, but this one is pretty unique and worth it.
But avoid it if you don't like mayonnaise. It has a hefty amount of it in.
Another thing about this burger is that there's ham inside, but it's like the less salty kind, which was super good!
Recommended to people who like garlic and mayo.
And now for my favorite thing about Mom's Touch, the fries!!! It's the best fries ever!!!
It honestly can't compete with McDonald's, Burger King, or Lotteria. Mom's Touch fries all the way!
The fries here are crispy and covered in parsley powder. It's so good.
If you're gonna order something from Mom's Touch you have to order it as a set so you can get these fries.
Finally, the Flake Garlic Chicken (17000 KRW for a whole chicken, 9000 KRW for half).
The flake garlic chicken is perfect for those of you who love garlic.
The garlic is fried and sprinkled on top of the chicken, and it helps to get rid of that greasy fried chicken flavor that can be a little too much sometimes.
The chicken leg was so juicy!
The fried layer isn't too thick, and the parsley powder just goes so well with it all. I guess if you prefer a thicker coat you might not like this :(
The editor that got the Flake Garlic chicken said that she never gets burgers from Mom's Touch because she likes this menu so much.
If you'd like to try a chicken menu from Mom's Touch, get the Flake Garlic Chicken!
